Recently, the Work Program for the 14th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) was examined and approved by the Ministry of Commerce and printed and distributed. In terms of the overall plan settings, the CIFIT will present the following four big highlights:
Firstly, the “second World Investment Forum” to be held at the same time, which is, approved by the State Council, due to be sponsored by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Xiamen this September when the 14th CIFIT will be held. Also, China has a bright prospect of economic growth and a vast business opportunity in the market, so the CIFIT will arouse widely public concern and more active participation across the globe.
Secondly, the connection of emerging industries and key industries;
Thirdly, the releasing of the latest investment policies and information; UNCTAD will hold more than ten international high-level seminars under the “second World Investment Forum”.
